QSD Training — Guangzhou, China

Quick2Consult delivered a five-day Quality System Design (QSD) program at The Westin Pazhou Guangzhou, led by trainers Wendy Wang and Lu Jie. Sixteen participants completed the program, which received an average course evaluation of 4.93 out of 5.

The five-day curriculum covered all 20 QSD Critical Components, including leadership, training, design, validation, process control, records, auditing, and continuous improvement.

Throughout the program, participants completed three quizzes, five case studies, observation-writing exercises, a computer audit simulation, a rating game, an EDANA review, and other interactive activities designed to reinforce learning, practice audit observations, and apply QSD principles to realistic quality decisions.
